To begin, contact us via email (support@midmichiganit.com) or phone ((517) 234-2901) to discuss your needs. We’ll provide a proposal or service contract outlining the scope, fees, and terms. Once agreed, we’ll set up your services according to the contract.
Invoices are issued on the 15th of each month for the following month’s services. Payments are due by the 5th of each month. A credit card processing fee of up to 3.5% applies to credit card payments. Non-payment by the due date may result in immediate service termination.
If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, services will be terminated immediately. To reinstate services, you must pay the overdue amount plus one month’s fees in advance. Any discounts from the original contract will no longer apply upon reinstatement.
You may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise specified in your contract. Early termination before the end of the Commitment Term requires payment of the current Agreement Fee multiplied by the remaining months, due within 14 days of notification. All termination requests must be sent in writing to support@midmichiganit.com.
We collect personal, technical, and business information to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data and only share it with trusted service providers, business partners (with consent), or as required by law. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Services are provided “as is” with no warranties except as stated in your service contract. We strive to deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. See our Disclaimer for more information.
